Hello all friends of the Baltic Sea!
Here is some information and news for all of you who have signed the Baltic Sea contract. We are a rapidly growing number. Right now, over 9 500 people have signed! Thank you to all of you who have helped spread the word.
Some of you came as an audience to the Baltic Sea seminar on March 14 at the Stockholm Fair, which the Baltic Sea Contract had initiated, but many were not able to attend.
In addition to the appreciated presence of HRH Crown Princess Victoria, there were, as you can see, a number of good speakers with interesting contributions on how to create a sustainable management of herring fishing.

Johanna Hornberger – former parliamentary politician. gives her views on herring fishing.
Sara Söderström – Researcher SU, gives her view on the herring fishery.
Gustaf Almqvist – Project Manager County Administrative Board – Ecosystem-based Marine Management gives his view on herring fishing.
Mats Svensson, Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management, gives his view on herring fishing.
